I’m reminded while walking past the Louvre last weekend that in 2012 Mona Lisa was in the news. Twice. In January Madrid’s Prado announced they had discovered a version of Da Vinci’s Mona in their vaults. Then in September another one was unveiled, the Islesworth Mona.
