About designer: born in 1948 in Denmark, Carsten Jörgensen has worked for international companies including Bodum, Starbucks, Crate & Barrel, Target, Muji, The Conran Shop, Ikea and Pepsi Asia. His work is currently represented by the Musée Art Decorative in Paris, Victoria & Albert Museum in London and the Kunstmuseum in Munich among other notable institutions.
