The premise: The Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation is seeking a visionary design for a proposed Guggenheim museum in the Finnish capital of Helsinki. The shortlist for this open, two-stage competition will be announced on 2 December 2014. Following Stage Two, the winner will be announced in June 2015.
