Italian architect Carlo Santambrogio and designer Ennio Arosio created two blue-glass concept homes to showcase Santambrogio’s glass furniture line Simplicity. Our neighbors have a glass wall adjacent to their soaking tub which allows them to soak and look out over the beachfront and Lake Michigan. The glass wall becomes opaque with the flick of a switch. These homes can be built for $6,200 per square foot. The flick of a switch option: price available upon request.
