bklyn designs is brooklyn’s premier design event showcasing a cross section of design, art & architecture. founded by the brooklyn chamber of commerce in 2003, it was one of the first design shows to shine a spotlight on the borough’s creative economy and continues to serve as an incubator for emerging designers and a platform for established brands producing furniture, lighting, textiles, accessories and design & architectural services. in addition to inspiring exhibits, the three-day event features a marketplace, interactive installations, workshops, demos, and talks from prominent designers and design thinkers.
