amid all the news in recent weeks, one event sticks out for several reasons. the event was not disquieting. the event was refreshingly science fiction. the event was a glimpse of what drone delivery could look like. more specifically what amazon’s prime air drone service, delivering packages up to five pounds in 30-minute or less could look like. the event was a masterful example of a brand leader using its resources, not a huge amount in this case, working hard to improve its image as a service provider.
