How many times have you not taken the photo because a camera could not capture what you were looking at? Just maybe, this camera can.

The gadget has 36 2-megapixel cell phone cameras with an accelerometer in its center. When you throw it up and it reaches its peak, the slowest point, it snaps a completely panoramic photo. The creators are Marc Alexa, Bernd Bickel, Carsten Gremzow, Kristian Hildebrand, and Jonas Pfeil for a thesis project at Computer Graphics Group at TU Berlin.
