corallo brings on stage a suggestive screening room on rails, an unexpected and evocative place, an authentic traveling salon inside a historic tram from 1928, reinvented in a contemporary way by cristina celestino and italian textile brand rubelli

the project is inspired by the theme of the journey, as an experience with dream and surreal overtones, that the designer carries within a d’antan cinema set up.

milan and its urban landscapes are the main subject of the surreal footage that enters through the ribbon windows at the back of the tram, in a dimension that seems to travel in space and time.

reservations: for access to the corallo tram, we recommend making a reservation here. you can select the day of your ride (stops and times are flexible) in the period from 17 to 22 april.

you will receive your pass for the selected day by e-mail. when a day is fully booked no further reservations will be accepted.

Here’s the route of the Corallo tram across the Brera district. You can get on or off at any stop. The full trip takes approximately 20 minutes.

every day, from about 5.00 pm to 5.30 pm, the tram will remain at the stop at piazza castello 2 (terminus) and ready to welcome visitors.
