Artek came to Neocon Chicago for several reasons. The most important to be able to show the portfolio the company has been building since 1960, a classical iconic modernist collection by Ilmari Tapiovaara and a new collection by Harri Koskinen. In addition a selection of Artek’s “best wooden chairs” offering a combination of both new and old. The Artek space for Neocon is an off-site pop-up showroom located one block from the Merchandise Mart. [ artek ]
