Designapplause is innovative in its approach to everything. This history of the crayola is great.
I’m sure everyone at the next cocktail
party I attend will leave thinking I am the
most knowledgeable person about crayolas
they’ve met. I also love the featured design
items – how do people think like this?

What an interesting article! I had no idea that the names of the colors evolved this way. Makes you wonder about other product names.

I sometimes color with my nieces but had no idea how expansive Crayola has become. What a tribute to the humblest instruments of art. Makes me want to go out and buy the biggest box of crayons I can. That was the nice thing: the box is so complete.

Why don’t you put up some crayon art on Design Applause?
